Lebanese resistance men retaliate Israeli aggressions

The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday shelled the towns and villages of south Lebanon and the central sector.

Lebanese security sources said the Israeli heavy artillery shelled a number of areas including Zibqin, Yater, Kafra, Majdal Zoun, Serbin, Barachit, Rahrah and al-Ghandouriyah, as well as al-Butoum mountains, al-Qeseyah and al-Nafha valley.

The Israeli bombardment coincided with heavy machine gun fire from the Israeli forces against passages and roads leading to the towns and villages of south Lebanon.

Further reports from south Lebanon said the Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday continued their aggressions against areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon.

Lebanese security sources said the occupation artillery positioned in al-Zaffata targeted on Tuesday the woods and heights of al-Jabal al-Rafee and Habboush river course. The Israeli forces used in their bombardment 155 mm and phosphorus shells.

The Israeli forces continued all Monday night their attacks on the Hasbaya front in the eastern sector of south Lebanon.

On Tuesday morning, the Israeli warplanes raided the woods of Zibqin town in south Lebanon. Lebanese security sources said the Israeli warplanes dropped four missiles against the area.

In the morning, the Israeli forces launched a spy balloon over al-Jurmog district- al-Khardal bridge. This balloon covered al-Nabatieyah area in surveillance of all moves in the area. One year ago the Israeli forces launched a similar balloon over Haula town. In retaliation, the Lebanese resistance attacked three Israeli and Israeli-allied South Lebanon Army militia positions inside the occupied part of south Lebanon.

In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said its groups attacked the Israeli moves in Rashaf and Hameed positions and direct hits were achieved. Another resistance group attacked Hadatha position and direct hits were achieved.

On Tuesday afternoon, Lebanese resistance forces attacked an Israeli infantry patrol in Kassaret al-Aroush military position inside the occupied part of south Lebanon.
