Qatari facilities for foreign laborers

Qatar decided to changing the working system for allowing foreigners to work in the country, as it started summoning laborers from all nationalities through allowing them to convert visit visas to residency permission.
Sheikh Abdullah Bin Khaled al-Thani the minister of state for international affairs, decided to establish a new administration to facilitate the procedures required towards that goal.
The head of the administration, Major Mahdi El-Jebali, said, "The minister's instructions recommend opening the "summoning process" for all nationalities with no discrimination towards any nationality."
