Ruler of Kuwait gets a message from South Korea President

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Monday in Kuwait received a message from President Kim Dae-jung of South Korea. The message was delivered by the Korean minister of commerce, industry and energy, Chung Tok-ku, during his meeting with Sheikh Jaber.
