Paris' Art and Jewish History Museum hosts Oct 7-Jan 2 an exhibition dubbed "A Look At Jewish Life in Morocco" which comes as part of events staged this year in France for "Moroccan Times In France."
Speakers in the opening highlighted the foresight of late King Hassan II as a peacemaker who laid the foundation of peace in the Middle East and bridges between Jews and Moslems.
The King's adviser for economic and financial affairs Andre Azoulay said that Morocco was the only Arab-Moslem country that has recognized and maintained Jewish presence throughout history and hailed the late King Hassan II who made sure this Jewish presence is a constant part of all Moroccan cultural events.
