Baghdad describes concrete bombs as a cheat

Iraq depicted what the USA said regarding using concrete-filled bombs in its planes instead of using highly-explosive bombs as a lie.
A statement of the Iraqi Ministry of Defense yesterday said the "USA attempts by this to lessen the international anger which has resulted from its air shelling of the civilians in north and south Iraq."
This came as Britain and Holland called the member states in the UN Security Council for a meeting to be convened within hours to evaluate the situation concerning the Iraqi crisis.
