Explosives in gas pipeline in Algeria

The Algerian daily al-Sahafa said that a gas pipeline which crosses the Mediterranean was damaged by the Armed Islamic Group, saying explosives were used and resulted in setting fire to the pipeline. The fire was extinguished by the civil service.
Meanwhile, Algerian security forces killed one armed group member in the Algerian city of Afroun.
The Algerian daily al-Khabar said that a bomb went off in Jijel province targeted the security forces and resulted in wounding two.
