Italian airline resumes trips to Algeria on December 1

Official sources in the Algerian Ministry of Transportation said that the Italian airline company, Alitalia, informed the Algerian air authorities of its readiness to resume its trips to Algeria starting from December 1 with two trips weekly.
The sources said, "This decision comes after the visit made by an Italian mission to Algeria between July 24 - 27, as well as the visit of the Algerian airlines delegation to Rome on September 14 to discuss technical aspects connected to cooperation between the two countries."
The Alitalia Company which transported lately an Algerian sports delegation to South Africa, is the third airline to resume its trips to Algeria after the Turkish and the Saudi airline companies.
French and the Swiss airline companies have also announced their intention to resume trips to Algeria soon.
