Ruler of Kuwait gets message from Menem

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Tuesday received a message from President Carlos Menem of Argentina. The message was delivered by the chief of staff of the Argentinian army, Lt. Gen. Carlos Sabla, during his meeting with Sheikh Jaber on Tuesday in Kuwait.
