Lebanese Shiite Mufti in Amman

The chairman of the higher Shiite Islamic council in Lebanon, Sheikh Muhammad Mahdi Shamseddine, on Monday arrived in Amman leading a delegation on a visit to Jordan which will last for several days.
During his visit, the Lebanese clergy will meet with the chairman of the royal complex for the Islamic revolution civilization Nasser eddine al-Assad, who is the founder of the al-Beit foundation (in reference to Prophet Muhammad's relatives), Jordanian al-Awqaf Minister Abdul Salaam al-Abadi, and other officials.
