European - African summit in Cairo

Cairo will host in April a two-day European- African summit aimed at discussing a host of issues of joint concern, the most prominent of which is the European debts owed by the continent's countries and converting these debts into European contributions to comprehensive development. Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister for African Affairs Ibrahim Hassan said a fair for the African products will be held on this summit's margin, as well as bilateral meetings among businessmen and the organizations from the two continents.
