Moussa says former UNSCOM chairman has no credibility talking about Iraq

Commenting about remarks by former UNSCOM chief Richard Butler that Iraq had capitalized on the past hiatus in the UN commission's work to build more weapons of mass destruction at a time when the Security Council was looking into the possibility of easing sanctions on the country, Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa said that Butler had lost credibility due to his bias and bad management of UNSCOM.
