Morocco in international forum on poverty, environment

Morocco is participating in an international forum that opened Tuesday in New York on poverty and environment.
The UNDP-sponsored meeting will examine several countries' experiences in matters of struggle against poverty and in environment management.
Morocco is represented in the encounter by Environment and Housing Minister Mohammed El-Yazghi, who will expound Morocco's approach to dealing with poverty and environment deterioration.
El-Yazghi's presentation will also highlight the government's initiatives in social solidarity, women's integration, struggle against unhealthy housing and town planning.
