Sultan of Brunei Dar-Essalam in Morocco

Sultan of Brunei Dar-Essalam, Haj Hassanal Bolkiah, started on Tuesday a visit to Morocco at the invitation of King Mohammed VI.
In the evening, King Mohammed VI held talks with Haj Hassanal Bolkiah, before hosting a dinner function in his honor.
The visit, meant to consolidate cooperation between the two countries, provides an opportunity to discuss a number of issues of mutual concern, especially the situation in the Islamic world, the Middle East and the question of the holy city of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).
This is Haj Hassanal Bolkiah's third visit to Morocco after his visits to the kingdom in 1993 and 1994. In 1994, he had attended the 7th Islamic summit in Casablanca.
