An agreement for the security cooperation between Chad and Sudan

Chad and Sudan signed yesterday a security agreement in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum, in the attendance of Chadian Minister of Interior Omar Jebrila and his Sudanese counterpart, Abdul Rahim Mohamed Hussein. The agreement calls for convening monthly meetings to discuss security issues and take joint procedures to combat smuggling through the borders, in addition to implementing other joint operations.
