El-Asadeyat meteors will fall on the Arab states starting on November 15

Jordan and other Middle Eastern countries as well as North Africa will witness in mid-November the natural phenomenon known as the El-Asadeyat meteors, which occurs only once every 23 years.
Jordanian astronomy organizations said in a statement issued yesterday that Jordan, the Middle East, North Africa and Europe will be the best areas in the world to witness the phenomenon of the meteors shower that will start on November 15 and last for three days.
The statement added that the meteors falling will be in shape of small balls of white snow and that the meteors will be clearly seen in the early hours of dawn as they will fall at a rate of 100,000 meteors per hour, adding that the event will not have a negative effect on the inhabitants.
