President al-Assad congratulates Mubarak on reelection

President Hafez al-Assad on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on his reelection to a fourth term of office. In his cable, President al-Assad expressed "best wishes to President Mubarak and the brotherly people of Egypt."
