Egyptian tour of COMESA countries

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa will escort a delegation of Egyptian businessmen who are making the first tour of the countries of eastern and southern Africa known as COMESA (the Common Market of Eastern and Southern Africa) between November 20 and December 4.
The Egyptian delegation will hold discussions with heads of states, governments, concerned ministers and businessmen in five countries -- Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Djibouti and Zambia -- aimed at boosting Egyptian exports and encouraging joint investments among Egypt and those countries.
Ahmed Shiha, head of the committee for developing relations with Africa at the Egyptian the Businessmen's Association said during the meeting held to prepare for the tour that, "Businessmen and officials in those officials will be informed about the investment atmosphere in Egypt, the positive economic developments witnessed by the Egyptian economy and the privileges granted to the investors in Egypt."
