Abu Marzouk arrives in Damascus

Mousa Abu Marzouk, a leader in the Hamas movement, arrived yesterday in Damascus when Jordan refused to allow him in its lands in last week.
ArabicNews.com learned that Abu Marzouk will hold talks with Palestinian opposition groups focusing on the the recent confrontation between Hamas and the Jordanian government.
Abu Marzouk said he hopes to come back to Jordan through the endeavors exerted by Arab mediators, but he refused to determine the country mediating between Hamas and Jordan after the closure of the movement's offices in Amman last month.
