Begovitch concludes his official visit to Kuwait

The president of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegovic, concluded yesterday his three-day official visit to Kuwait, during which he held talks with Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmed al-Sabah that tackled means of developing bilateral relations between the two countries and issues of joint concern.

Izetbegovic criticized in a press conference held in last night in Kuwait the role played by peace maintenance troops affiliated to the United Nations in his country, saying they are not effective even in keeping the peace.

He said his visit to Kuwaiti aims at drawing attention to investment in his country and urging Kuwaiti companies to contribute to privatizing the public organizations and fronts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
