Syrian premier confers with Shell official

Syrian Prime Minister Mahmoud al-Zou'bi on Wednesday in Damascus received member of the representative board of the Dutch Shell Oil company and members of the accompanying delegation. Stress was led on Shell's activities in the field of oil and gas exploration and its future prospects in Syria. Present at the meeting were Syrian Oil Minister Muhammad Maher Jamal and the director of the Syrian petroleum company.
