Iraq ready to work with UN after lifting of sanctions

Iraqi Vice President Taha Yassin Ramadan said Iraq will not cooperate with the United Nations Security Council to ease the sanctions, but it will be ready to work with the UN after the lifting of the sanctions.
This came before ministers of the five permanent member states on the UN Security Council today to discuss the possibility of easing sanctions on Iraq in return for its submission to the monitoring procedures on armaments.
