British embassy in Rabat to launch Morocco 2000 promotional event

The British Embassy in Rabat will launch on Friday an event, dubbed "Morocco 2000," destined to promote a new partnership between Morocco and Britain.
A release by the embassy said the event will take place next January 23-25 at the London stadium of Wimbley on the theme "a new partnership for trade, investments and joint ventures."
The event is meant to establish contacts between Moroccan and British government officials and businessmen with a view to exploring ways to give a new impetus to investments and trade exchanges between the two kingdoms.
