Kuwait denies protest to Arab League

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry has described news published by the media on Tuesday on that Kuwait had officially submitted a complaint on changes regarding the decision on the prisoners stated in a report for the secretary general of the Arab League during the two sessions of the Arab League council.

In a statement released in Kuwait on Tuesday, an official source at the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry said that what had been stated in the Kuwaiti papers was not precise, saying that the state of Kuwait had only asked for an explanation from the Arab League general secretariat on the final status of the resolution and the extent of its compliance to what had been agreed upon during the recent Arab League ministerial meeting.
