Egyptian businesswomen call for quick investments in COMESA

Huda Galal Yessein called on Egyptians to take advantage of the opportunities opened up for export as a result of Egypt becoming a member of the COMESA countries. Egyptian products' level is well suited for export to these countries.

Yessein, the head of the Egyptian Businesswomen's Association for Development, called for benefiting quickly from Egypt's membership in COMESA (Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa) during the marketing meetings on tourism, establishing industrial and commercial activities.

She added that this market will help create new opportunities for Arab capital and African natural resources.

She added that are opportunities for Egyptian merchants and businessmen to increase the trade volume within the COMESA member states countries and to raise the value of Egyptian exports, which reached about 60% of the total value of Egyptian exports.
