Morocco opens academic courses on intellectual property
Morocco, Education, 9/17/1999
Morocco has decided to open academic courses on intellectual property to be taught starting this year at the Casablanca law school.
The launching of these courses shows Morocco's firm determination to keep pace with the progress made on the international scene in matters of commerce and business laws.
Morocco -- which is a member of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) -- has recently joined the Patent Convention Treaty which seeks to protect the interests of inventors, industrialists and businessmen worldwide.
