Saudi crown prince confers with ALO official
Saudi Arabia-Regional, Politics, 9/13/1999

Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz met on Sunday in Jeddah with the director general of the Arab Labor Organization, Ibrahim Mousa, currently visiting Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting Mousa gave Crown Prince Abdullah the Organization's sword in appreciation for the efforts made by Saudi Arabia in backing the organization.

Saudi Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Ali al-Namla on Sunday in Riyadh discussed with Mousa, relations between Saudi Arabia and the ALO, especially technical cooperation.

The two sides also reviewed the ALO's future plans and priorities, as well as the strategies its has already implemented to enter the third millennium and withstand globalization and the market economy in plans that ensure the Arab states the proper position, which complies with their weight in the international arena.
