The Israeli Industrial Union said on Thursday that the Israeli exports to Jordan have reached US $8.6 million in the first half of this year, decreasing by 36% and in comparison with the same period of 1998.

US warplanes continue attacks against Iraq
A statement by the US European command said that US warplanes patrolling the northern Iraq "no-fly zone" today " dropped precision-guided-munitions (PGMs) on an air-defense-warning site south of the city of Mosul. This site is part of the integrated-air-defense-system (IADS) that has been regularly attacking coalition aircraft." There was no indication of whether the site was inside the so-called "no-fly zone."

Continued Israeli bombardment and new resistance operation
The Israeli occupation forces on Thursday continued their bombardment of areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon, and the Lebanese resistance, in retaliation attacked a position of the Israeli-allied South Lebanon Army militia, scoring direct hits.
