Mauritania pleased over cooperation with Israel

Officially, for the first time, Mauritania has expressed its satisfaction over the work of Israeli medical teams who visited Nouakchott during the past few months, according to Monte Carlo radio.
The radio added on Thursday that so far the Mauritanian authorities did not talk publicly about these teams, which were subject to protests from several opposition parties that are against rapprochement withIsrael.
A Mauritanian minister recently visited Israel and held talks with Israeli officials.
