Sea travel resumed between Bahrain, Iraq

The UN Sanctions Committee has approved the resumption of shipping and travel via the sea between Bahrain and Iraq.
In a statement to Bahrain's Gulf Daily News on Thursday, Bahraini Shoura council member Ali Salem said a naval line will begin operation as soon as having a commodity and passenger ship that stops in Bahrain.
In Baghdad, the Iraqi dailies issued on Thursday said the Oil Ministry increased the price of fuel by 30% in the framework of rationing consumption to alleviate pressure on oil refineries which suffer from old equipment and drastic shortages in reserve instruments.
