African summit conference concluding in Syrte

The exceptional African summit is to be concluded this evening in the attendance of leaders and representatives of 49 African countries, in addition to a number of international and regional organizations.
The summit has tackled the proposals suggested by Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi aimed at achieving the unity of the African continent and reviving the Abuja agreement, or drafting another plan to be supported by majority of countries that can achieve the unity of African continent.
The African summit has adopted the Syrte Declaration to confirm the genuine desire of African leaders to decide the unity of the continent.
Gaddafi was hiding his joy over the victory achieved by being able for the first time to gather more than 40 leaders of African states in Libya, which he desired to hold the summit at Syrte to remind them of the US attack for allegations that Libya was behind a terrorist attack in Germany against the US.
Before inaugurating the summit, Gaddafi accompanied his guests to his home that was destroyed by US missiles during the US shelling, due which his daughter was killed.
