Chinese vice president confers with Kuwaiti defense minister

Chinese Vice President Hu Jintao met on Tuesday in Beijing with Kuwaiti Defense Minister Sheikh Salem Sabah al-Salem al-Sabah and members of the accompanying delegation, currently visiting China.
Xinhua, the Chinese news agency, said that during the meeting the two sides reviewed bilateral relations, latest developments on the regional and international arenas and issues of mutual concern.
