Japan grants Mauritania $900,000 donation

Japan has granted to Mauritania a donation of $ 900,000 to help the country alleviate its debt, a Mauritanian official source said.
The agreement was signed on Monday by Mauritanian Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Ould Hani and the Japanese Charge d'Affaires in the Mauritanian capital, Hiroshi Sumimoto, MAP reported.
