US economic delegation to visit Cairo in October

An economic and commercial commission from the United States is due to visit Cairo on October 18.

The commission, which is chaired by US Secretary of Commerce William Daley is to include 22 businessmen concerned with investment in Egypt.

The commission is also to discuss upgrading joint trade projects.

Meanwhile, a group of Egyptian businessmen in cooperation with the USA are due to visit Washington in November under the chairmanship of the economic minister in Egypt, Youssef Ghali.

The visit of the US delegation to Egypt comes after US companies working in different fields said that they are studying investing about $20 million in Egypt in the coming month and specifying the means of its investment.
