Ruler of Qatar gets a message from Gaddafi

Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani today received in Doha a message from Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gaddafi on "cooperation between the two sisterly countries and the latest developments in the Arab arena."
The Gulf News Agency said that Qatari Crown Prince Sheikh Jasem Bin Hamad al-Thani received the message during his meeting today with the secretary of the Libyan office (ambassador) in Doha, al-Mabrouk Muhammad al-Madani.
