Central African Republic president talk on bilateral relations

A telephone call was made on Tuesday night between Libyan leader col. Moammar Gaddafi and the President of the Central African Republic, who is a member of the presidential council of the gathering of African coastal and desert states. Current preparations for convening the special Organization of African Unity summit to be held in Libya during September were reviewed.
