Kuwait may upgrade planes with Turkish help

Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Salem al-Sabah on Tuesday revealed that Kuwait may ask the help of Turkey in order to develop many of its warplanes.
The Kuwait daily al-Rai al-Am issued in Kuwait on Tuesday said that Sheikh Salem will brief during a visit he will hold to Ankara at the end of September to take part in the military exposition on the Turkish advanced military possibilities and the modern technology used by the Turks for their planes, the US made F-16.
Sheikh Salem said Kuwait may ask the help of Turkish experts to develop some of the military planes it owns.
