Communications minister represents Morocco in Panama president's swearing-in

Moroccan Communication Minister Larbi Messari will represent Morocco at the swearing-in ceremony of Panama's new president, Mireva Elisa Moscoso Rodriguez.
A statement by the Communications Ministry said Morocco's participation in the swearing-in ceremonies of heads of state in the South American region testifies to improved relations with Central and South American countries, to which it is bound by cooperation agreements in various fields.
Mireva Elisa Moscoso Rodriguez is the first woman to become president of Panama and the second in Latin America, after Eva Perron in Argentina.
