Negotiation session fails between Palestinian Authority, Israel

The session of Palestinian - Israeli negotiations held yesterday night, the third session within 24 hours, failed to reach an agreement on implementing the Wye River accord. An Israeli source announced that the Palestinian and Israeli delegations have not reached any agreement yet due to continued disputes on the issue of Palestinian captives.
