Kuwaiti trade minister refuses to shake hands with Iraqi counterpart at DIF

During the inauguration of the Damascus International Fair, Kuwaiti Minister of Trade Abdul Wahab El-Wezran refused to shake hands his Iraqi counterpart, Mohammed Mahdi Saleh, although Saleh said he tried to shake hands with his Kuwaiti counterpart.
