Jordanian premier meets with opposition forces

Jordanian Prime Minister Abdul Raouf al-Rawabdeh met on Sunday night in Amman with several secretaries of the Jordanian opposition parties. Talks dealt with the content of the memorandum submitted by the higher coordination committee of these parties on finding a joint concept for drawing up a modern election law for the Jordanian parliament.
Al-Rawabdeh welcomed the content of the memorandum of the opposition parties concerning the parliamentary election law.He called on the secretaries of the opposition parties to explain their ideas on items pertaining to election divisions and the number of parliamentarians proposed for each area.
