Barak repeats pledge concerning withdrawal from south Lebanon

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak has repeated his pledge of "pulling out the Israeli army from south Lebanon within 10 months." Israel Radio on Saturday quoted Barak as saying during his meeting with Israeli military formations that within a short time there will be "a formula to resume negotiations between Israel and Syria," but he did not disclose the nature of such a formula.
