Kuwait agrees to attend meeting chaired by Iraq

A Kuwaiti minister will take part in the 112nd session of the ministerial council of the Arab League next September 12-13 in Cairo under the Iraqi presidency, said Thursday Kuwaiti foreign minister Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
The Kuwaiti official said his country will participate in this session which will be chaired by Iraqi foreign minister, Mohammed Saad Al-Sahaf, reported Kuwaiti daily Al-Qabas.
Secretary General of the Arab League, Esmat Abdel Maguid, who discussed last week with Sahaf items on the agenda of next September's meeting, expressed wish that relations among arab countries will improve in this meeting.
The 15-item agenda includes United Nations' resolution 181 on to the partition of Palestine.
Foreign ministers of the Gulf states will meet on September 11 in Riyad to coordinate their positions prior to the Arab league meeting.
