Indian businessmen to discuss joint investment in Egypt

The international Egyptian economic forum will organize tomorrow a workshop including a delegation of businessmen coming from the Indian state of Bombay to discuss opportunities for mutual investment in Egypt and upgrading trade exchange between the two countries.

The forum's secretary general, Dalia Khalifa, said the target of establishing this workshop is to give an opportunity to Egyptian investors and producers who look for partners in their projects or specialized agents to merchandise and export their products.

The Indian delegation includes 15 members representing different sectors of trade and industry in the fields of medicine, textiles, agricultural products, household goods, chemicals, fertilizers, and leather products.

The visit of this delegation in Egypt is to last for one week to discuss the activation of Egyptian exports of goods and products needed by the Indian market.
