Libyan envoy visits China

The special envoy for Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gaddafi, Foreign Minister Omar al-Muntasir, arrived in Beijing on Sunday for a short visit to China, during which he will deliver a message from Gaddafi to Chinese President Jiang Zemin. Al-Muntasir is expected to meet with the Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan.
