Moroccan government approves creation of Hassan II grand prize for agricultural invention and creation

The Moroccan government approved on Thursday the creation of the Hassan II grand prize for agriculture inventions and creations.
The prize will reward three categories: inventions, science and high technology and applied techniques.
The prize will be awarded every July. The first prize will be worth 60,000 DH ($6,000), the second 30,000 DH ($3,000) and the third 10,000 ($1,000).
The jury will include delegates from the ministries in charge of agriculture, scientific research and environment in addition to representatives of the federation of agriculture chambers and agricultural professional chambers.
