The US Department of Commerce yesterday dismissed a dumping claim on crude oil from Iraq, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela. The European Commission in Sanaa has allotted a sum of US $745,000 for the project of maintaining dialogue between Yemen and the European Union. US planes raided on Monday the Iraqi anti -aircraft missiles positions in the area of what is called the no fly zone" in northern Iraq. A statement released by the European-American leadership, which has Germany as a headquarters, said that US warplanes F- 15 and F- 16 bombarded these positions which are located in the city of Mosul, just 400 KM to the north of the capital Baghdad.
