The European Commission in Sanaa has allotted a sum of US $745,000 for the project of maintaining dialogue between Yemen and the European Union. Yemeni local papers quoted sources from the European Commission, residing in Sanaa on Sunday as saying that the project aims at fostering links of dialogue between Yemen and the European Union in the areas of energy and limiting pollution. US planes raided on Monday the Iraqi anti -aircraft missiles positions in the area of what is called the no fly zone" in northern Iraq. A statement released by the European-American leadership, which has Germany as a headquarters, said that US warplanes F- 15 and F- 16 bombarded these positions which are located in the city of Mosul, just 400 KM to the north of the capital Baghdad.
