Solar eclipse not to affect aviation in Egypt

The Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority said today that aviation will not be affected by tomorrow's solar eclipse.
The authority added that there would be no change in the dates of takeoff or arrival of the trips.
Meanwhile, the authority warned its employees of the danger of watching the eclipse with the naked eye.
In the same context, a bureau of the World Health Organization (WHO), stressed the importance of avoiding watching the eclipse, expected to take place between 1:10 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The WHO released a statement that said that without enough protection, watching a total or partial solar eclipse is a great danger for the eye, which may lead to loss of sight.
