Chief of the Dutch Shell company in Syria

The chairman of the board of the Dutch company Shell Oil started a visit to Syria, during which he will meet several officials at the Syrian Oil Ministry. The visit comes in the course of periodic tours by the company's board of its exploration sites in the country. Shell owns a major share in the Syrian al-Furat (the Euphrates) company, which has under its control some 179 oil wells.
