Yemen - EU dialogue

The European Commission in Sanaa has allotted a sum of US $745,000 for the project of maintaining dialogue between Yemen and the European Union. Yemeni local papers quoted sources from the European Commission, residing in Sanaa on Sunday as saying that the project aims at fostering links of dialogue between Yemen and the European Union in the areas of energy and limiting pollution.
The sources stated that this agreement falls in the course of several facilities for joint work in the area of energy, including technology transfer, technological cooperation and drawing proper solutions to urban and industrial pollution.
