Group of Lebanese prisoners graduates from English course

A celebration was held yesterday at the Lebanese Romia prison near Beirut for the graduation of a group of prisoners who finished a course on the English language, organized in cooperation with a Canadian corporation.
The students received their certificates from Judge Moktar Saad in the presence of the prisoner's secretary and a number of security officers.
This course comes as part of the cultural and social activities provided by the Lebanese government for the prisoners.
The course lasted for 13 months, and it is expected to help the prisoners in their lives.
